3 day weekend- day one

i was going to sleep in, but the kitties decided that wasnt needed... lol...

and then my cable went out, i was worried that my payment hadnt gone through so i called them and asked... apparently all of logan is out, the guy seemed surprised that i wasnt all freaked out and pissed... i mean seriously, its out, ill watch a movie... ive got to clean anyhow and just wanted something for background noise... and i can read if its out for a long time... i hate how pissy people get when technology fails... lol... and not neccessary technology either- like water or heat... its a fucking luxury people... deal with it... i get calls from parents all the time that are like 'my kids will DIE without cartoons!!!'... um... take them outside... read them a book... give them a movie to watch... fuck TALK to your kids... be a fucking parent for the love of all that is holy... im starting to understand why my parents didnt have cable when i was growing up... we only had what an antenna could pick up- which was about 5 channels...

people need to take their cell phones, tvs, mp3 players and all the rest out of their asses and deal with life... i like tv and all, and music and the rest but it doesnt consume my life... i could live without any of it... not that i want to, but it can be done...

got drunken dialed by scott last night... lol... that was interesting...

well, off to clean and get my house all sparkly!
